Energy constantly flows through your body 24 hours of every day – all sorts of energy – physical, mental, emotional and spiritual. Chakras are the energy centres that govern these energy flows and correspond to vital points in the physical body. They are an integral part of balance and healing.
Major organs and glands within your body are aligned to each chakra and each chakra is connected to all the other chakras. Our chakras are interdependent on each other. Each chakra is a part of a larger whole system. All parts of the whole system communicate with each other and need to be functioning efficiently individually and together as a whole system for harmony and balance to occur. It is important to understand that “all of you” has to be in balance for overall optimum health.
So an over-active or under-active chakra impacts on all the other chakras with effects ranging for an ‘out of sorts feeling’, low energy, through to major illnesses. It is like having a badly balanced tire – as it wobbles, you feel the shaking effect in every corner of the car until you have it re-balanced.
The Chakra Essences of D’Light are one of the ways to help bring your energy centres back into balance; helping to re-align the energy through your whole body and the individual chakras. They assist each chakra in being able to work efficiently and interdependently, for your entire physical, mental, emotional and spiritual system to be working as a whole, allowing you to take control of your life and to become the best you possibly can be within this lifetime. They help create a more clean, pure flow of emotions, mental strength and spiritual energy in which to enjoy a more fulfilling life of balance and control, inspiration and harmony.
The Chakra Essences of D’Light range covers 16 chakras (7 main and 9 minor). The 7 main chakra centres are situated along the spinal column and are located between the base of the spine and the crown of the head. The minor or sub chakras are located alongside side the 7 major chakra energy centres as indicated on the diagragm above and the individual chakra cards on the names and concepts page.
An individual essence is powerful but combining the correct essences as part of the D’Light-full Trinity will multiply the effectiveness and help bring the changes that will clear blockages, indecision and uncertainty.

Chakra Essences and the Essences of D'Light
The Chakra Essences are part of the Essences of D'Light range but represent a different focus from our twenty-eight different Essences of D'Light. As described above the Chakra Essences of D'Light are focused on specific parts or energy centres within the body and the issues goverened by those Chakra energy centres.
The D'Light-full Life Trinity is in two parts of this website. The Essences of D'Light trinity and the Chakra trinity. As we are currently producing the Chakra Essences of D'Light book that will accompany this D'Light-full Life Trinity we are only currently stocking the Chakra Cards and Essences.
